- Combined Inuvik School Project - $92.3 million
This new Combined School will replace the Elementary, Junior and High Schools in one large facility. The structure will be 129,000 sq.ft ,
2 storey building and will take approximately 3.5 years to complete once construction commences. Once complete this School will be the
largest single contract project that the Government of the Northwest Territories has awarded.

- Ecole McTavish School, Fort McMurray, Alberta - $30.1 million
This project is a fixed price contract with Alberta Infrastructure. The structure will be 8800m2, single storey building on concrete
spread footings and slab on grade foundation with structural steel frame and concrete block walls.

- Chief T'Selehye School, Fort Good Hope, Northwest Territories – June 2008 - $20 million
This project is a design build school valued at $19, 995, 000. The “New” Chief T’selehye School will serve grades k- 12 and will replace
the existing Fort Good Hope School. The structure will be 2,734 sq m and will take approximately 28 months for design &
construction. Estimated building turnover will be August, 2010.

- Combined Services Building - 2008 - $18.3 million
This project is a new Combined Service Building for the Government of the Northwest Territories - Department of Transportation and
is valued at $18, 283,000. The structure will be 4,200 sq m and will contain a Maintenance Garage, Fire Hall & Administration office.
Building turnover is estimated for September 2010.

- Anzac School, Anzac Alberta – July 2008 - $17.3 million
This project is a new school construction for the Northland School Division No.61, valued at $17, 298,000.
The structure will be 45,000 sq feet, will serve grades 6 – 12, and will take approximately 15 months to complete.
Building turnover is estimated for November 2009.

- New Chief Albert Right – $16.6 million
A 32,000 square foot two storey building on a concrete slab with an insulated thermosyphon foundation.
The project was high profile and incorporated innovative architectural features including a state of the art mechanical and electrical system.

- Holy Trinity Academy – Catholic High School - $11.6 million
A 32,000 square foot two storey building on a concrete slab with an insulated thermosyphon foundation.
Includes a state of the art mechanical and electrical system and will meet the needs of Aurora College academic programs well into the 21st century.

- Tantalus School - $10 million
A 32,000 square foot single storey building on concrete footings with a wooden frame.
|
|
- Hythe School – $9.6 million
This project consists of replacement and modernization and is valued at $9.6 million.
|

- Peavine School - $9.6 million
A 28,000 square foot single storey building with masonry and structural steel construction.
|
|
- Aurora College Academic Building - $9.5 million
A 26,000 square foot three storey steel frame structure on a concrete slab with an insulated Thermosyphon foundation and
masonry and structural steel construction.

- Ecole Nouvelle Frontiere - $9 million
A 30,600 square foot single storey building with masonry and Structural steel construction which includes a gymnasium.

- College Student Housing (phase v), Grande Prairie, Alberta – July 2008 - $8 million
This is the last phase of the College Student Housing project for the Regional College in Grande Prairie and is valued at $8,000.000.
The wood structure consists of 12 - three plex units, and took approximately 14 months to complete.

- East Prairie School - $5.7 million
A 16,000 square foot building with masonry construction that includes a gymnasium and kitchen facilities.

|
- Behchoko, Northwest Territories – July 2, 2008 - $1.2 million
This project consists of renovations to an existing Multi-purpose Building and is valued at $1,182, 000.
The project will consist of three minor additions using structural steel and insulated wall panels.
The project will take approximately 4 months to complete and estimated building turnover will be by the end of 2008.
