• Description: This project is a design build facility for the Government of the Northwest Territories. This project is a design build consisting of a three storey office building to be occupied by several GNWT departments, plus a single storey Records Centre used for record storage, and warehouse space and a data centre. The two buildings will have a central shared parking area.
The Multi-Use building will be 3,400 m2, and the records centre will be 950 m2.
